Shipping policy

At Claridad, every order is prepared with care.

Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping
At this time, Claridad ships within the United States. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5  to 10 business days after shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us at clarita@claridadshop.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Delays
Claridad is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at clarita@claridadshop.com within 7 days of delivery, or within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
