Refund policy

We hope you love your Claridad ritual. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns
Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Because our body and home rituals are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged items unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, final-sale items, gift cards, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email clarita@claridadshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
